Sales and release status
Textwhisk is in development. Checkout and native downloads remain disabled. Dodo Payments is planned for future merchant-of-record sales; the actual entities, agreement and required reseller wording are not finalized. The displayed price is planned, not an offer to charge you now.
Third-party notices
The riso fox artwork is from page-mascot by Kamran Ahmed, used under the MIT license. Self-hosted Cal Sans and Inter are under the SIL Open Font License; their license texts ship with the site assets. These licenses do not automatically license the rest of the app or website.

Accessibility information
The site includes keyboard controls, visible focus, skip links, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. Automated browser checks help find issues but do not certify accessibility or conformance with every standard. The Mac app’s accessibility support needs separate real-device testing.

Publication checklist
Operator identity, working contacts, domain/host logs, processing purposes/bases, retention, transfers, audience decisions, incident/rights procedures and applicable local disclosures still need review. A banner or template alone does not establish GDPR or worldwide compliance.
Analytics requires a verified inventory/property setup and fresh consent before activation. Sales require final seller/refund/license terms, tax/total-price disclosures and tested delivery/confirmation processes. All legal pages remain drafts until these blockers are resolved.
